Krasavitsa Moskvy lilac is a refined classic and a symbol of elegance.
One of the most exquisite varieties of lilac, recognised worldwide for its tenderness and luxurious flowering. ‘Beauty of Moscow' seems to have come straight from the pages of old garden albums — refined, fragrant and noble. Large double flowers of a pinkish-white hue shimmer with a pearly sheen and are gathered in dense, lush panicles, transforming the bush into a cloud of flowers.
Variety characteristics: The mature plant reaches 2−2.5 m, with a dense, thick crown.The buds are large, purple-pink-lilac, the flowers are double, pinkish-white, turning pearly white as they fade.Flowering is abundant and long-lasting, in the middle of the season — from late May to June.The leaves are large, heart-shaped, dark green, creating a striking contrast to the delicate inflorescences.High frost resistance, the variety is resistant to winds.
Care and planting:
The Krasavitsa Moskvy lilac is light-loving, but tolerates light partial shade well. It prefers fertile, well-drained soils with a neutral or slightly alkaline reaction. It does not tolerate waterlogging or high acidity. Periodic pruning is recommended to shape the crown and stimulate flowering.

Krasavitsa Moskvy is the perfect choice for creating elegant compositions. Suitable for single and group plantings, avenues and hedges. It goes well with conifers and lilacs of contrasting shades. During the flowering period, it becomes a real decoration of the garden, exuding a delicate aroma and creating an atmosphere of harmony and comfort.
Grafted lilac is an elegant plant with a single, clearly defined growth axis, resembling a small tree. The flowering crown forms at a certain height, creating the effect of a flowering ball. This shape looks neat and decorative, ideal for single plantings, alleys and formal areas of the garden.
The plant retains all its varietal qualities — colour, fragrance and shape of inflorescences. It blooms earlier than the bush form, but requires care of the grafting site and removal of suckers appearing below it.
