Delivery goods:
Delivery time:
Standard delivery time is 2−4 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product card.
Delivery is made to the place specified by the customer when making an application.
Rose seedlings:
If your order exceeds 21 seedlings, you can choose one of the following options:
- Split your order into two or more separate orders.
- Place one total order, the delivery cost of which will be calculated individually.
Pickup:
You can collect your order in person by prior arrangement. Information about self-collection will be indicated in the letter after selecting the delivery method 'Self-collection' or is available in the 'Contacts' section.
Important!
Delivery of **Ornamental plants and Standard roses** via parcel machines is not possible due to their size. The height of the seedlings (50−160 cm) exceeds the permissible parameters of the parcel machine compartments.

Minimum order amount
We work without minimum order! You can even order delivery of a single seedling.
Delivery conditions:
- Seedlings are delivered within 2−4 days, if no other term is specified for the selected product.
- Couriers work on a predetermined route, so it is impossible to specify the exact time of delivery. You can only select your desired time slot.
Please note:
- Some goods have non-standard delivery times. The exact details will be clarified by the operator after placing the order.
- If there are several items in the order, they may be delivered at different times, as they are sent from different warehouses.
- There is no additional charge for this.
Free delivery campaign
The «Free Delivery» campaign can be applied in individual cases provided by the Seller. The appropriate terms and conditions are provided with the Free Delivery campaign notification.
You can only use free delivery during the specified campaign period, which is indicated in the campaign notification.
