Warranty Replacement Terms
To activate the warranty, please ensure the following:
- Inspect the parcel within 3 days of delivery. If the seedling appears damaged, please send clear photos within this time frame.
- Within 2 weeks after receiving the plant, please send a photo of the planted sapling. The photo must clearly show the planting site, the graft union (which must be buried at least 5 cm below soil level), and the condition of the soil.
- If the seedling fails to establish, send photos of the plant. After reviewing the photos and the care information provided, we will arrange a free replacement.
In some cases, we may request additional photos. This helps us better understand the situation and select the most appropriate solution.
Receiving a Replacement
- The delivery of the replacement seedling is paid by the customer, or the replacement can be collected directly from the farm.
- The replacement will be provided as the same variety or an equivalent alternative.
- Monetary compensation is not available.
The Warranty Does Not Apply If:
- the seedling was not planted in a timely manner;
- the seedling died due to improper planting;
- the seedling was damaged by animals, machinery, or chemicals.
Additional Information
- The warranty is issued for each seedling individually. If the order includes several rose saplings, the warranty cost is calculated separately for each individual plant (except for the Basic Warranty).
- The warranty applies only to the original seedling for which it was issued. Replacement plants provided under the warranty are not covered by a new warranty (a new warranty can be purchased separately).
- To submit a warranty claim, please provide your order number or the email address used at checkout.

We want you to feel confident when choosing our seedlings. That’s why every order includes our Basic Warranty, ensuring that each seedling is healthy and ready to grow when planted correctly.
Before shipping, every seedling is carefully inspected.
The warranty is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.If the sapling fails to establish during this period due to natural causes, we will replace it free of charge.
The Basic Warranty applies to the entire order. Please note that a replacement seedling is not covered by a new warranty.

Extended Warranty

The Extended Warranty is like insurance for your rose sapling.
It protects your seedling for a full year after purchase.
If the plant fails to establish or dies due to natural reasons, you will receive a free replacement seedling.

The warranty is purchased for each seedling individually. If a seedling is replaced under the warranty, the replacement seedling is not covered by a new warranty.
