Terms and conditions for the use of gift vouchers

1.1. A gift voucher is a prepaid payment instrument entitling the holder to purchase goods from the Usmas Rozes online shop up to the value of the voucher.
1.2. Each voucher has a unique number.
1.3. By purchasing a certificate, the buyer confirms their agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

2.1. The certificate is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase.
2.2. Upon expiry, the certificate becomes invalid and any unused balance is non-refundable.
2.3. Upon written request from the customer before the expiry date, the validity period may be extended on a case-by-case basis.

3.1. To activate the voucher when placing an order, please contact our manager.
3.2. Only one voucher may be used per order.
3.3. If the order value exceeds the face value of the voucher, the difference must be paid by the customer.
3.4. If the order value is less than the face value of the voucher, the difference will not be refunded or compensated.
3.5. The voucher cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.

4.1. Volume discounts (10%, 15%, 20%, 25%) are applied automatically in accordance with the website’s current terms and conditions.
4.2. Gift vouchers are applied to the total order amount after all automatic discounts have been calculated.
4.3. Vouchers are not eligible for additional promotions unless otherwise stated separately.

5.1. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.2. If goods paid for with a voucher are returned, a refund will be issued in the form of a new voucher for the corresponding amount.
5.3. A physical voucher can only be reissued if proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

6.1. The voucher can be used within the seasonal range and subject to stock availability.

The voucher is valid for 12 months and can be used throughout the planting season.
